About Us

• Geering Broach & Spline was established in 1962, as a one-man, one-machine shop. Since then we have successfully grown into three shops. We currently have two locations in Warren, Michigan. We also have a location in Kendallville, Indiana.

• At our main facility, we manufacture a variety of Spline broaches. We can handle 5" diameter X 84" tools.   

• We specialize in quick turnarounds, to meet our customer needs

• Our capacity ranges from 1 piece orders to million-piece orders

• Our delivery time for Design & Make of Spline tooling is approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on material availability and heat treating needs.

• Most of our tooling is made from the customer tool prints.

• We have completed jobs for the "Big 3", and we continue to serve the Automotive, Agriculture and Aerospace Industries.

• All broaching of parts is completed at our other locations (in Michigan & Indiana.)

•  Our capacity ranges from 1 piece orders to million-piece orders. Delivery time for Broaching is per an "As Required basis."
